The apartment is wonderful, clear, every things for life. The apartment located very comfortable for our tripping. The manager who met us, is very sympathetic woman, helped us with all our questions.

Чистые и аккуратные апартаменты. Удобно расположены. Очень быстро добираться на трамвае до центра города и на метро до его важных окраин. Все необходимое для жизни в апартаментах есть. Великолепное соотношение цена/качество для семьи из 3-4 человек.

Все соответствовало ожиданиям. Небольшие апартаменты, все необходимое есть, на общественном транспорте добираться до центра 15 минут.

Очень удобное расположение пансиона: в 2-х минутах ходьбы от Оперы, Альбертины,метро. Стильные и удобные апартаменты, оборудованные всем необходимым для комфортной жизни. Очень приятная и доброжелательная хозяйка.

The apartment is very bright and nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. It is OK from a location close to center point of view. We liked that it had a dish washer which saved a lot of our time. Beautiful terrace.

I like very much the apartment. It is small, but cozy. The kitchen and the bathroom have generous space. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is very well connected with local transportation. In 10-12 minutes you can reach the historical center of Vienna.

This apartment was more than good. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and livable. My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot. If we visit Vienna again in the future, we'll stay in it again. I highly recommend it!

(2) we asked whether the oven works, the owner has not used it recently so he said he did not know; it's best to test utilities

The apartment was exactly as we expected (as it's described on internet), so we were satisfied with everything. Close to public transport (although we walked by feet all the time), necessary shops, etc.

We loved the apartment, it was beautifully finished,extremely welcoming and could not have been in a more central location. We also met the owner and again he was very helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending anybody to stay at the St Stephan apartment (Top 3) and if we were travelling back to Vienna would definitely book for ourselves again.

The apartment had everything that we needed, a nice quite location and close to the metro. The Hofberg palace was nearby, along with shops, restaurants and supermarkets. There was plenty of room in the apartment and all amenities were new and clean.

Christine was especially helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome, the bed was comfortable, the apartment was spacious and clean and the location was good, only a 2 minute walk to the tram stop. The included information was good except the tram and train map was a little confusing, I had my own anyway so that was ok.

Ho trovato la massima disponibilità da parte della titolare dell'appartamento che ha fatto il possibile per raggiungermi tramite sms su un cellulare il cui numero non era raggiungibile per problemi con la mia compagnia telefonica. Siamo riusciti a metterci in contatto utilizzando un altro numero a mia disposizione. Ho ricevuto un sms, molto cortese, in cui venivo avvisato del cambio di appartamento. Cosa, questa, non imputabile a cattivo servizio: bensì ad un semplice disguido. Il tutto si è risolto in un istante, con il massimo aiuto (tramite sms in lingua inglese) da parte della proprietaria, che mi ha seguito sino all'apertura dell'appartamento a me riservato. Ho trovato, in esso, il massimo del confort e dell'igiene. Inoltre, desidero fortemente aggiungere, che a fronte di questo PICCOLISSIMO disguido, mi è stato effettuato uno sconto di ben € 24.00. Lo consiglierò a chiunque si debba recare a Vienna: sia per turismo, che per lavoro. GRAZIE INFINITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very comfortable apartment with a great outdoor area. The Manager was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Facilities are good and close to train.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, a sólo unos metros del museo Albertina y del palacio de Hofburg, así como de la zona peatonal que lleva a la catedral de San Esteban. También hay muy cerca un centro comercial con supermercado donde hacer la compra. Son 35 metros muy bien aprovechados, y además ha sido reformado recientemente y todo el mobiliario es nuevo!!. Hay TV por cable y acceso a internet. Es realmente perfecto para 1 ó 2 personas,

Leuk: een ruim appartement voor 2 personen, goed servies/bestek e.d. aanwezig in de keuken, oven en kookplaat werkten prima, en heerlijk dat er een airco aanwezig was. Het was tijdens ons bezoek 30 graden, zonder airco zou het erg warm zijn op de bovenste verdieping. Met de tram 2 haltes naar U-bahn Reumannplatz, vanaf daar in de hele stad erg makkelijk bereikbaar. Parkeren is gratis rondom het appartement Minder leuk: douchen in bad heeft niet mijn voorkeur, maar de keuze voor een douche óf een bad is juist weer luxe.
