The Waiter's race is a two-day event at Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels. In the open air, the event offers vine tasting and there will be lots of music and brass bands playing. The peak of the event of course will be the waiter's contest. Professional waiters juggle with a tray, a bottle on it and 3 glasses, trying to break last year's record. The quite amusing Scarecrow Festival will be taking place in Brussels in October. The organization belongs to Brussels Lions Club Ilot Sacre. Throughout October the participants in the scarecrow festival will collect money for themselves as "works of art" and as a form of a contest
