Brussels Grand Place, also known as the Grote Markt is the central market square of the Belgium capital. The place is surrounded by the Town House and the Bread House, the guild houses, as well as the symbol of the city the Manneken Pis and the Atonium. Included in the List of UNESCO for World Heritage, the Grand Place is home to a brewers museum, but is most famous for the large flower carpet which is arranged on the square every couple of years for a few days in the mid of August, attracting numerous tourists.
