Enjoyed my stay there mostly, flat was really good, and had everything i might need, starting from simple things like tp ending with all cooking supplies, umbrellas e.t.c, And Bar on a first floor of the house is really nice.

Unfortunately my experience of Sofia was not a good one. We never got to see the apartment we had booked as apparently there was already somebody else occupying the apartment that we booked some 4 months ago. I feel as though the agents, Saratours, were exploiting the English vistitors by offering us less impressive accomodation instead.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on the apartment in question as we never got to see it. We were located in other apartments, two in the same building which were lovely, but not the apartment we had booked. It feels as though the agent in question was messing us around as the larger apartment we had some 600 meters down the road was inferior to the apartments we booked.
