The personnel at the reception was very nice and always ready to help, especially as we forgot something in the room and they sent it to germany within 2 days!
The rooms are very nice equiped.

I have submited my opinion on the hotel with booking.com, and just been publish today. I gave them good report. you can read it my report with the name Darintje.
Brand new hotel and suitable with its name..Excellent service, great location, flat screen tv, fridge, aircon, wi-fii. We supposed to chek in at 2pm but the hotel staf (Joseph) gave us an early check in which is 8am, also upgraded our standard room into supperior room with no extra cost. Thank you Joseph :) That room was massive, beautiful,. On top of everything he gave us excellent recomendation on tours, very helpful. Overall we have wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely will recomend this hotel to anybody,. We would rate this hotel 11/10.
very spacey, comfortable and most importantly clean rooms. Water boiler with coffe, tea, sugar and creamer are provided. Really nice bathroom. Lovely decoration and nice staff. In total perfect hotel for a stay in Prag.
