  • The personnel at the reception was very nice and always ready to help, especially as we forgot something in the room and they sent it to germany within 2 days! The rooms are very nice equiped. I can recommand this hotel!

  • I have submited my opinion on the hotel with booking.com, and just been publish today. I gave them good report. you can read it my report with the name Darintje. Brand new hotel and suitable with its name..Excellent service, great location, flat screen tv, fridge, aircon, wi-fii. We supposed to chek in at 2pm but the hotel staf (Joseph) gave us an early check in which is 8am, also upgraded our standard room into supperior room with no extra cost. Thank you Joseph :) That room was massive, beautiful,. On top of everything he gave us excellent recomendation on tours, very helpful. Overall we have wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely will recomend this hotel to anybody,. We would rate this hotel 11/10.
  • very spacey, comfortable and most importantly clean rooms. Water boiler with coffe, tea, sugar and creamer are provided. Really nice bathroom. Lovely decoration and nice staff. In total perfect hotel for a stay in Prag.
  • le décor est spectaculaire surtout durant la période de noel l'hotel se fond parfaitement dans le décor et donne cette émerveillement en ouvrant la porte. le personnel est charmant et tres agréables les femmes sont magnifiques et représentes tres bien les femmes de l'est le petit dejeuner ne paie pas de mines mais est tres tres bon. le nettoyage des chambres est parfait,irréprochables avec une bonne odeur lors du passage de la personne qui nettoie; la sécurité est au max avec des caméras ds toutes les parties communes cette hotel est au top pour ma femme ,notre amie et moi Ha oui j'oubliais dans la chambre un 3eme lit d'appoint qui est un vrai petit lit tres moelleux est présent que du bonheur
  • First of all we loved the atmosphere, the nice room and fertilities. Breakfast was the best hotelbreakfast we've ever had. But the best of all was the people working at Pure White. They were so helpfull all of them. They helped us with everything from car problems to tourguiding.
  • We especially liked the positive and friendly attitude of the desk associates. They helped us find great restaurants, taxi information and a few special sights to see. Our room was well stocked and provided plenty of space for three of us to sleep and walk around. We would share our experiences at Pure White with our friends and acquaintences. Hope to return some day.

  • Siamo stati molto contenti di aver scelto il Pure White di Praga. L'albergo è piccolo ma veramente molto bello. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e l'arredamento di vero design. Pur avendo alloggiato in quattro persone in una camera, non abbiamo sofferto per la mancanza di spazio. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la bellezza dell'arredamento.
  • The personnel at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern, clean and with nice beds and shower facilties. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center.

  • Das Hotel wurde im Jahr 2011 komplett renoviert. Ausstattung und flair waren ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und stets freundlich. Die Innenstadt z.B Wenzelsplatz sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß leicht und unkompliziert zu erreichen.
  • Hotel staff was extermely friendly and helpful. For me they were they went beyond their normal role to make us feel the most comfortable. Location of the hotel is nice as well, lots of restaurants and good connections around.
  • A good home friendly on arrival. We also liked to have received by email before we got the proposal to be recovered by a taxi at the airport. the room was comfortable and quiet with quality sanitary ware. Breakfast was varied and plentiful
