This is a very nice apartment! We used it and we were very satisfied. The best thing about this apartment is the neighborhood. It takes less than 3 min to reach Eiffel Tower and the street is very quiet and safe. Although it has 56 m the apartment is well organized, modern furnished and has a well equiped kitchen. There are 2 nice bedrooms with a big individual bathroom each. Apartment was clean and had no strange smelings. The owner is very cooperant and keeps you very well informed. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples or family with 2 children. We would come back again for sure!
Lumières brisées dans les escaliers, et l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas pendant quatre jours...obligez de monter les valises sur cinq étages. La télévision est difficile à faire fonctionner pour les étrangers....faudrait que les instructions soient plus précise.
Autrement l'appartement est super et fonctionnel, deux belles chambres avec salle de séjour et coin cuisinette. Je recommanderai fortement à tous mes amis. Idéalement bien situé pour tous les axes importants a visiter. Décor sobre et de bon goût! Bravo!!!

The location of the apartment was great!! It was half a block from the Rambuteau metro station and Centre Pompidou with very convenient shops (grocery/bakery/etc) and cafes nearby. The apartment itself was large and roomy and well equipped. The TV was a big plus for the kids and internet access worked well. Easy to get around and easy access to big attractions--short walk to Notre Dame and the Seine, long walk to Eiffel Tower/Arc de Triomphe but metro accessible. Can also walk to the Louvre.
La situación del apartamento, junto al centro Pompidou, muy cerca del Ayuntamiento y de la plaza de los Vosgos.
Il serait plus efficace que tout ne soit pas en anglais... y compris la personne qui nous accueille, très gentiement d'ailleurs, qui ne parle pasun seul mot de français... ne sommes nous pas à Paris????
Sinon, appartement agréable et confortable dans un quartier animé, intéressant et varié... à 5mn à peine de Beaubourg.

Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally helpful, Alvin in person and (sorry, but I have forgotten your name)and the gent on the phone; office based. The apartment was simply furnished and thankfully not overly decorated, which made it easier to keep clean and tidy - yes I know, we were on holiday, but I still can't live in my own squalor! It was a pleasure each morning strolling down to the bakery to get our pastries and bread, or popping in to the wine merchant to put a bottle of wine in to chill for later - it was great having everything on the doorstep, and even greater knowing that, after a hard day walking (we avoided the metro so we could sight see EVERYTHING) we had nibbles and wine waiting for us back "home" - that was how it felt
