More spacious than we had anticipated from the description
The spaciousness of the apartment, the friendliness of the staff

We loved the apartment with it´s balcony and big kitchen and the location next to Alter Schönhauser Str. and Mitte. And it was perfect to a family with a child, which was why we didn't choose a hotel. I will come back next time I am in Berlin with my child.
Everything,price,location. Ill never again pick a hotel for my Berlin trips, these apartment are just perfect and you get more for your money.
The apartment itself - a real 'mietkazerne' apartment from the goold old days - very spacious - beautiful surroundings

Overall it was a great appartment in a great location
The person from OTA who received us was very friendly and gave us much local advice. On departure day, the OTA person on duty was very helpful when we wanted to keep our luggage in the appartment until late in the evening.
Convenient and quiet location, just a few minutes walk from bus/tram/metro.

Apartment location was particularly ideal - right down the street from the U-Bahn stop was very helpful in touring around the city. The apartment itself was very comfortable, though it could probably use a few more "comforts of home" (i.e. pictures on the wall) to make it feel a bit more welcoming.
The cheese knife: very Dutch!
Die Mitarbeiter der Agentur waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wohnung und Küche waren sehr sauber und auch nett eingerichtet. Lage in "Mitte" auch sehr gut.
