I enjoyed my stay in Berlin, and the apartment. I found staff particularly helpful. I would certainly consider booking again with OTA.
Staff was fantastic, the apartment was amazing, it was nice and warm and made our party of 7 feel like home. we all loved it and didnt want to leave!
The service was excellent! All of your staff that we met from cleaning lady to office personel, even email conversations were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious, good value for money.
The woman who greeted us and took us to the apartment was brilliant and very helpful. We absolutely loved the location and think that area of Berlin is very hip and very child friendly. It was great to have so many parks in close location for the children.
