This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past. In the case that you are a light sleeper this apartment may not be ideal for you, but otherwise we can offer this apartment for a discounted rate on the weekends!
