Best of all, it’s just a short walk from the U-Bahn, and lots of hip cafés and restaurants, not to mention night-life and sights. This apartment is located above a bar which on the weekends may cause a minor noise disturbance. There is soundproofing between the bar and the apartment so this has not been a major problem in the past.
