The flat was amazing, exactl as shown on pictures. Even nicer I would say!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 4 nights and we had a great time there. the apartment itself is not very big but offers just enough space to relax after spending a day walking around the city. it is located very close to the metro station but if you don't mind walking most of the "tourist spots" can be reached by foot. just around the corner are a variety of restaurants and bars where you can spend the evening. Although the apartment is located very much in the city center, we were not disturbed by a noisy neighborhood since the windows are all facing the inner courtyard. All in all we enjoyed our stay at the apartment a lot and wouldn't hesitate booking there again.

A great appartment: lots of space, comfortable & cosy interior and within walking distance of most sights in Budapest. The owner was very helpful and friendly and all in all, a great place to stay!

The Apartment was nice. The good thing is it really is in the city center. Usually you can get where you want pretty fast. Round the corner is a 24hour shop and across the street a hungarian restaurant. The restaurant has nice tasting food but the ambience there wasn't that good. The falt has a nice looking bath but no shower. But the toilet is not in the same room as the bath. If you are there with 6 persons it could be bigger and if few of your fellow travelers snore it can be pretty noisy with 4 persons in the big living room. apart from that we were happy with the apartment.

The apartment is wonderful! It is situated in the very center of Budapest so it gives great opportunities of nice promenades. It is also located in an old (about 100 years old) building with a very scenic inside yard. The ceilings are about 5 meters in height so it gives a lot of free space. The furniture is also very nice. The hostess is a very friendly woman.

The apartment is cosy and makes you feel at home. The location is very good - the major sights are within walking distance. Raday street with lots of cafes and bars is 3 minutes away. Perfect choice for its price.

The apartment was exactly what I saw in the pictures...even more cosy. And the building is great too. The heating and hot water worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything to cook and the wifi worked with no problems at all. And the location could not have been better! I would definitely stayed there again. I should also mention that Anita, the landlord, is very sweet and helpful.

Bokning och service fungerade utmärkt. Priset är rätt i förhållande till kvalite'n. Köket saknade dock uppvärmning och var därför iskallt. Kanske hade det åtgärdats om vi framfört det till värden, vilket vi dock inte gjorde. Bostaden är tillfredsställande i förhållande till vad som utlovas. Är man i Budapest behöver man någonstan att sova och man behöver tillgång till badrum och kök. Någon mindre skavank, är inga problem för det priset. Man är ju inte bostaden mer än nödvändigt. Det är ju inte därför man är i staden. Följ anvisningarna och kontakta värden några dagar före ankomst så fungerar det hur bra som helst.

Very likeable place. In one of those typical Budapest buildings with a square in the middle. A quiet place also. A pleasent welcome by the owner who has done a nice job furbishing the place. Modest but good. I've enjoyed 'living' there; reading on the couch, checking my mail on wifi, cooking in the kitchen. Location is good as well: in the middle of the livelyhood around Oktogon square. Recommendable!

The location of the apartment was fantastic - in the middle of everything. also it was very spacious and there were enough bathrooms. The owners very friendly and easy to communicate with.

All was perfect. We arrived very late but there was no problem. The apartement is very well situated.

I thank the manager for the warm en kindly welcome. We had a nice comfortable stay in the apartment. The airport pic up on Friday and back on Monday what was organized by the manager was very convenient. The tour around the city given by the manager was marvelous. A special by dark.

Апартаментът Green Dream I, в който отседнахме при престоя си в Будапеща беше чудесен. Собственикът Грег беше изключително мил и приятен млад човек. Имахме проблем с паркирането, тъй като там няма осигурен паркинг, независимо от това, че бяхте посочили в сайта си, че има. Истината е, че има паркинг за 18 евро на ден в един хотел наблизо. Безплатно може да се паркира пред самата сграда, но само събота или неделя. През останалото време там е синя зона и няма възможност да се паркира с билет за цял ден, а трябва на два часа да се връщаш до паркомястото, за да си купуваш нови билетчета, което препятства разглеждането на града. В апартамента нямаше и фурна, а беше посочено в сайта ви че има. Бих се върнала в този апартамент, заради чудесния му вид и заради доброто отношение на собственика му, но ви моля да направите корекция на информацията за паркиране, тъй като считам, че е подвеждаща

Apartment was clean, warm enough and for our needs it was suitable. Location was good.

Apartamentul Klara s-a dovedit o alegere extraordinara. Incepand cu locatia ultracentrala si terminand cu facilitatile baii si bucatariei, totul a fost la cel mai inalt nivel. Singurul inconveniet a fost climatizarea: n-ar fi stricat ca noaptea dormitorul sa fi fost ceva mai incalzit; dar poate a fost nepriceperea noastra in a regla temperatura.

Great location - fabulous apartment! Giovanni met us and gave us a tour of the apartment and he also reviewed the map of Budapest and pointed out restaurants, important sites, and must do's. The apartment was clean, modern, and stunning. The interior designer (Massimilano?) has an incredible eye for detail and design. The apartment is huge and the kitchen is incredible. I doubt if many travellers will ever stay is such a fantastic place - we probably won't.

The appartment was quite large and the beds were made properly. There were more than enough eiderdowns and pillows for three persons. The wooden floor is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in Budapest with two apartments next to each other in the absolute center of the city. The apartments were quiet but still only 50 meters from the main street with trams and Metro. It was first class and we did not miss a thing. Dish washer, washing machine, TV channels kitchen stuff - everything was in good shape.

Fanstastic location and host

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Trendy apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and had everything we needed. We also liked the fact that it was centrally locted and walking distance to many points of interest. We would most definately stay there again on our next visit to Budapest as well as recommend it to friends who prefer apartments as an option to hotels. Laszlo was most helpful and accommodating with requests or help we needed.
