A problem with the water heating was fixed promptly and effectively. Overall, staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
The location was just blocks away from the Colosseum, and taxi service which was very good.

Location was great, close to Colosseum. The lift was very cute - we hadnt seen anything like it before. Overall we really liked the apartment and had a pleasant stay - thank you!
