hi there.. last weekend, 20-22 january 2012 i have been in an amazing apartment.. dome apartment.. just open the window and i could see the dome.. apartment in 2 floors with 1 bedroom at first floor and 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs. well furnished. i just recommend to anyone

отличные апартаменты.Великолепное расположение и оснащение.Очень понравилось наличие камина.

Всё очень понравилось: Апартаменты отличные, современные, очень светлые, фото полностью соответствуют действительности. В квартире все есть, большой застекленный балкон. Находится в недавно построенном жилом комплексе, территория огорожена, внутренний двор, подземный паркинг, 5 мин. на машине до Старой Риги. Тихо, спокойно, комфортно.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccellente. Le camere sono carine, anche se non distribuite bene (sono una dietro l'altra, ci aspettavamo di trovare due camere da letto indipendenti, invece una è la sala da pranzo e bisogna passarci in mezzo per andare al bagno). Troppo trasparenti le tende, che fanno passare troppa luce. Eccellente accoglienza e disponibilità della signorina Edite, che ci ha fornito assistenza e si è interessata alle nostre necessità durante tutto il soggiorno.

Great apartment, big living room, nice and comfortable beds and the location is perfect. Right in the middle of the old center.

This was a fantastic apartment. Really spacious, bright, freshly decorated and contemporary. It was great value for money, in the city centre and close enough to walk to the Old Town. It was nice and warm and very quiet. We loved it and would definitely recommend this apartment and would consider coming back to it if we were in Riga.

The appartment was absolutely perfect! Large rooms and bathroom with jacuzzi. There where towels for everybody. Across the street there is a nice italian restaurant and a shoppingcentre is only 1 km away. The only thing is that there is also a studentbar across the street and you can experience some noise of talking people on the street but I didn't find it a big problem.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento ben arredato, spazioso, silenzioso e pulito. Prezzo accettabile vista la vicinanza all'Old Town (3 minuti a piedi)

the lady who greeted us was very friendly and explained to us and gave reference to Riga.

A perfect location for a short vacation, about 10 minutes walk to old town. Close to various Bus stop, close to the own neighborhood store. Absolutely no problems with the landlord she was very nice and spoke very good English. Quiet at night. A nice balcony to eat breakfast.

El equipamiento del apartamento

I like this apartment - it is clean and nice looking. There is possibility of free parking nearby and there is a lift in the building - these two factors are the most important in Riga for me, because most other variants are situated in old town where the parking cost about 20USD a day and where most of the places are at high third floor without a lift.
