The apartment is really nice. The location is great, far enough from the mainstream turism, but close to nice areas.

Our experience wasn't great at the apartment in Amsterdam. Last month we stayed in an apartment in Munich that was spacious, clean and came with free wi-fi. Peter Martenstraat was dirty on arrival. Blood stains on the doors and a used cotton bud on the floor. As a business user, paying the balance in cash is not ideal and the address to the apartment wasn't released until the cash had been paid. Had to pay a 40EURO cleaning fee on departure which we also felt was a cheek but they were holding one of our driving licences as a threat if we didn't pay up. One of the rooms was a glorified storage space on the ground floor with a door that led directly to the street.

Le bruit de la rue, très passante le soir (calme le matin), dont nous n'étions pas informés sur le site. Inévitable, sans doute, compte tenu de l'excellent emplacement de la location. Eclairage un peu "froid" de la chambre Une connection ADSL aurait été bienvenue pour mieux organiser notre séjour

El apartamento está muy bien. Los muebles modernos y prácticos. La sala es amplia y en ningún momento te sientes encerrado. La calefacción funcionó perfectamente y en ningún momento pasamos frío a pesar de ser diciembre. Limpio y bien equipado. La ubicación es fantástica porque te permite ir caminando a cualquier punto: La zona de los museos, Plaza Dam, barrio rojo, barrio judío, barrio chino, etc. Nosotros lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

L'accueil dans vos bureaux a été de qualité, mais la prestation dans l'appartement n'était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions ! (nous étions très satisfaits de notre séjour à Londres en octobre 2010 avec ApartmentsApart)). La cage d'escalier est salle et sans lumière, les tapis de l'appartement sont déformés, les étagères décrochées, le micro onde plus en état de fonctionné. Il nous a surtout manqué de la vaisselle (5 assiettes alors que nous étions 6 personnes) et le linge de toilette était sale ! Ces 2 derniers points ont été solutionnés par vos services qui nous ont fourni d'autres assiettes et du linge de toilette. Nous restons un peu déçus de la prestation en regard du coût de la location. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour à Amsterdam.

Mis à part l'erreur dans l'adresse, tout nous a plu. La grandeur, les commodités, la localisation. C'est propre et de bon goût.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super - insbesondere wenn man sich für das Nachtleben interessiert. Bars, Pubs etc. liegen direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön eingerichtet und von der Größe genau richtig für 3 Personen.

Het leukste is natuurlijk de setting; het is prettig om eens op een boot te logeren ipv een klassiek appartement. De boot is vrij ruim en beschikt over alle comfort dat nodig is voor een vakantieverblijf. De ligging is ook vrij goed; een kwartier te voet van het centrum en het centraal station.

Nice place to stay, very relaxed. The boat is very close to the tram and on a walking distance from Central Station and city centre. Inside the boat there was enough of space for the guests. There was also tourist information available and the possibility to use bicycles. The host was very friendly and she even gave us some garlands to decorate the boat because it was someone's birthday!

Wonderful apartment. Fully equiped with your every desire. We stayed there for a little week with our five year old boy. He just as we, really felt at home. The appartment is located at a neigbourhood not to far from the center. five min walk to the tram, herefrom aprox 15 to the center of Amsterdam. Great communication with our wonderful and friendly landlords. We used textmessangers getting in touch with each other. For sure we will return some day.

The apartment was very quaint and functional. The location was great. We had the choice of catching a tram or walking into the main area of Amsterdam. We were also close to the museums.

Tout a été nickel, un appartement bien placé tout en longueur, propre et bien entretenu.

L'appartement en lui même était pas mal. Et surtout très très bien situé: en plein centre mais dans une rue calme. En revanche... l'immeuble est très très bruyant. Nous étions au premier étage et avons pu profiter du groupe de jeunes touristes au dessus qui faisaient trembler le lit rien qu'en marchant.... Par ailleurs, comme beaucoup d'habitations à Amsterdam, nous avons eu la visite d'une souris. Enfin, l'appartement est vraiment fait pour deux. Vous devez être prévenus que les deux couches du salon sont assez sommaires, en cuir donc désagréable (draps housses qui glissent,...). En revanche, rien à dire sur la chambre très agréable et confortable. La salle de bain: parfaite: propre, moderne. Enfin, et ce ne fut qu'un oubli mais nous aurions aimé obtenir en un geste en retour. Il n'y avait pas de draps le premier jour. Première nuit à même le matelas ou les couches en cuir pour certains! Nous avons été obligés d'aller les demander... Pareil pour le sèche cheveux. Enfin, pas de sel, de poivre, d'huile, et basiques nécessaires dans une location. Pas d'ouvre-bouteille, équipement de cuisine très très sommaires! Tout ça ne constitue rien de très grave, mais soyons honnête, cet appart est un peu trop cher pour ce qu'il est....

View from the living room was great, so much sunlight coming in through the windows. Location was epic too.

Both me and my friends found the apartment to be great, for the design, location and the owner's flexibility.

I realy liked the apartment! It was cosy and comfortable, the additional LCD screen in the livingroom was a great surprise and the decor was tasteful.

Интересная квартира, которая находится на улице с брендовыми магазинами и недалеко от центра. Ребята встретили в аэропорту, привезли, поселили, потом отвезли в аэропорт. Всё как по мне на уровне. Самое прикольное в этой квартире в том, что она на разных уровнях :) лестницы крутоваты (так что у кого проблема со здоровьем, наверно лучше воздержаться), но нам было прикольно. Одним словом спасибо фирме и ребятам менеджерам.
