perfect organized apartment
overall the apartments themselves were great, lot's of space, clean and well located.

Our apartment had considerable appeal. We prefer to spend Christmas away from our home in Cyprus and we always choose a European country. This year the peace and tranquility of the apartment was a major bonus. It was not just clean but exceedingly warm, comfortable and well supplied.

I have to say the staff was excellent we noticed on arrival that the kettle was leaking and as promised within half an hour a new one was delivery. Excellent service.

Good location near the city center. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities.
We liked how everything was clean and smelled good. There were no grimy dishes that we had to wash before we used them! We liked the fuzzy blankets in addition to the duvets. Even the couch made a great bed.
The apartment was well located, large enough, fully equiped and suitable for both families with children or groups of friends. We enjoyed our stay and would use it again.

Location excellent!
Staff were very helpful - and the apartment was brilliantly located - despite the 70 steps!
The space, the stylish decor, the small bedroom under the roof and the quiet location. Our representative met us at the apartment when we arrived which great. He was really nice with a very relaxed and friendly manner. Two days later, the office in Krakow also arranged a 'last minute' taxi to take us to Katowice airport which was very much appreciated
Location couldn't be better. Clean and comfortable. Annexe really snug. Airport transfer superb.
The flat is huge. One double bedroom (twin sofa beds) doubles as a sitting room, and there are two further bedrooms (a double with a double bed and a sofa bed plus a single with shower room en-suite), a bathroom and a kitchen/diner. Washing machine and hairdrier. Cooker and large fridge. Plenty of hot water, towels fine. Excellent location in the old town, a walk to many attractions eg the castle. The salt mine is definitely worth a visit - catch a bus from the bus station. We got instructions from the local tourist office, which I strongly recommend. However, it's not worth doing a special salt-mines tour, as it is significantly more expensive and you get the tour anyway if you go under your own steam, so don't let the tourist office sell you one. We also went to Auschwitz - a grim day trip, as you would imagine, but we all thought it important to go. Best supermarket we found is up by the bus station.
It was perfectly situated in the old town of Krakow.
The check in process was easy, the apartment was wonderful, the location great. Would definitely use your service again. It was also great to have a local tour arranged for us at check in.
Proximity to the market square in the old town and the spacious rooms was a real bonus...Many thanks also for the great service....
I appreciated that Regina came and met us at the apartment at 10pm. She had texted earlier to let us know she was going to do this. Very helpful. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Plus the location was superb.
The apartment (Sun) was a delightful apartment very well located and comfortable. The standard of cleanliness was very high. on the whole a very pleasant stay.

The staff at Apartments Apart were friendly, very helpful and fluent in English. The apartment was spacious and clean. Although on a roadside location there was little road noise at night. It was handy to have a small Convenience Store next door and bakery nearby. Pre arranged taxis services and trip to the Salt Mines arranged by ApartmentApart were prompt & efficient. Within walking distance of the main square and Old Jewish Quarter. The information pack was useful.
I liked that our whole family, 8 people were able to stay in one apartment and not be spread out over multiple hotel rooms.
Great sized apartment, with old school charm
The traditional feel and spaciousness. It was clean and functional too.
the apartment was lovely, really warm and welcoming. a large space which ensured we didn't feel crowded at any stage, despite there being 9 of us in a 2 bedroom place. having a fully equipped kitchen was a real bonus, and the fact linen and towels were provided saved us wasting space in our luggage.

apartment interior design was very good, excllent facillities
overall the apartments themselves were great, lot's of space, clean and well located.
On arrival one of the beds was broken. The staff responded very quickly and it was replced within a couple of hours.

Your staff was very nice! Also the Pub Sebastian downstairs was a miracle! Excellent food and attending service. Gourmet Breakfast.

We were particularly and heartily welcomed by the office employees who did their best to help us with our delayed luggage and with the booking of a museum. The flat was very comfortable and well-heated... and very clean. The equipment corresponded perfectly to the description. The taxi service was perfect.
