Spacious and having kitchen better than a hotel
The location of the appartment was perfect for exploring the city,the resteraunt and bar downstairs was friendly and the food was excellent,the arranged trips out were second to none, and when i phoned to try and get my taxi early(due to the Pope visiting) i received excellent service from the young lady who took my call. On the whole, little things that could be improved but a beautifull city and

The size of the apartment was great and as there were a group of us travelling together this meant we could all socialise in one aprtment in the evening

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a rally imposing, very nice old building, i guess from neo-classic style. The building is situated on the boarder of the old town and the Jewish quarter, however, it’s rather closer to the Jewish part. I really much liked this combination since the old historical part of the town can be discovered within one day… and in the evenings you can be in 2 minutes in the Jewish district, which is really a colourful area. It offers several very gorgeous things... i liked to be surprised by little, authentic and still cheap restaurants, lovely little particular galleries, various fancy beer gardens and bar where you often can listen to life music! It’s just amazing!
Thus, location was perfect; apartment was huge, tidy and had everything in what a tourist could miss being a week away from home. Big living room, complete kitchen, big and clean bathroom. There was also a washing machine, which I really considered useful after some hot but humid days.
Appartement propre et très proche du centre. Attention toutefois, il est aussi très bruyant et chaud en été du fait qu'il soit sous les combles. La literie (ikea) est de mauvaise qualité. Parking dans la rue payant (environ 3 zlt/h). Connection Wifi possible gratuitement par le café Tutto bene situé au rdc.
Very nice, cosy and clean apartment. The "Pick-up service" driver offered a very good and accurate service, and no bad feelings although our flight was 2 hours late on arrival...
Apartments are fairly good situated. They were big - enough to place our families (2adults+2kids for Cracovia 7 and 2adults+3kids for Cracovia 2)
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko rynku. Jedyny problem to zamknięta strefa dla samochodów a więc problem z dojazdem z bagażem. Pozostaje taksówka lub własne nogi. Apartament cichy i ładnie zaaranżowany.
The apartment had an excellent location in the center of Krakow in the Slavkovska Street.
The apartment itself was in good state, all looked quite new. No complaints.

The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything of equipment. The location could not be any better, in the middle of Krakow very near Main Square. We did not hear any traffic noise at all, so it was quit at night. A very good place to live for a few days if you don`t require high standard, this is 3 stars and if I should give it any stars I would give it 3+.
I was very impressed with the organisation of check in. We arrived on a sunday and there was no issue with contacting the office (which was out of hours), a representative was readily available.
A friend and I stayed at the apartment Venus in Krakow. The apartment looked lovely, was great for 2 persons and the kitchen had everything we needed. The staff is friendly and helpfull. We would recommend this apartment if they would change the mattress(we could feel the springs). But other than that: Great and beautiful apartment! The location(close to Rynek square) is perfect!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 3min od sukiennic, niedaleko przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Wyposażona kuchnia umożliwia ugotowanie własnego obiadu, kolacji, śniadania. Jestem miło zaskoczony i serdecznie polecam.
It was a very fine apartment and the few request for improvement we had was arranged immediately.
Very quiet area. Very close to Market square in old town. Nice bathroom. Big fridge and new washing machine. Good beds and a nice childrens bed.

We liked the fact that it was lovely and spacious and clean. The location was also very central and made it easy for us to get to everything.The fact that there is a little supermarket on the corner, was most convenient.
Vi är positivt överaskade över den bra servicen som vi fick av serviceförmedlingen. Allt från att boka taxi till att få svar snabbt på alla frågor innan vi anlände.
Instant and never-ending hot water is still a rarity in most European accomodation in this range so the well-appointed bathroom was very welcome. Also the location is excellent.

Location was very convenient. Apartment was warm which was especially important during the winter time in Poland. Place was clean and wel equipped 9eg. toaster, iron etc).
