Size and character of apartment. It was clean and well equipped. Pick up service from the airport was excellent. We used the taxi service again twice. It was very reliable. This apartment was perfect for three people. We all liked how there was a living space and a sleeping space, which made this apartment so much better than any hotel room. The apartment was a really positive surprise for me. I really did not expect such a well-equipped, really really tidy apartment. It is located in an old house really near the city center. The house is one of the most beautifully renovated ones of the block. On the street next to the house, there is really heavy traffic, but thanks to the location of the apartment inside the house, it is really really quiet. The apartment looks like it was renovated some days ago, so clean, the painting, the furniture and everything looks like brand new. Someone said, that I should not believe the pictures about the apartment, it looks too good to be true. In fact is IS true :D

The staff at Apartments Apart were friendly, very helpful and fluent in English. The apartment was spacious and clean. Although on a roadside location there was little road noise at night. It was handy to have a small Convenience Store next door and bakery nearby. Pre arranged taxis services and trip to the Salt Mines arranged by ApartmentApart were prompt & efficient. Within walking distance of the main square and Old Jewish Quarter. The information pack was useful.

The apartment was modern with the kitchen and bathroom renovated recently. The apartment was very large and spacious. The location was fantastic, about a 5-8 minute walk to the Old Town and about a 2 minute walk there were a number of restaraunts and pubs in an area that appeared to be less touristy but still with menu's in English. The apartment was easily accessible from the train station by taking Tram 19 a few stops which was easy and we didn't have to pay 6 times as much as the taxi driver offered to charge us to go 1.6 km. We also found the wi-fi worked just fine which was an added plus.

The apartment was in a very central location with a great selection of local shops on the doorstep --supermarket, chemist, baker etc as well as a good selection of restaurants and bars. The accomodation itself was modern and spotlessly clean. Small touches like sachets of coffee/tea/sugar etc were especially welcome after a long journey to get to Krakow. Staff in the office where we went to pick up the key were very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a rally imposing, very nice old building, i guess from neo-classic style. The building is situated on the boarder of the old town and the Jewish quarter, however, it’s rather closer to the Jewish part. I really much liked this combination since the old historical part of the town can be discovered within one day… and in the evenings you can be in 2 minutes in the Jewish district, which is really a colourful area. It offers several very gorgeous things... i liked to be surprised by little, authentic and still cheap restaurants, lovely little particular galleries, various fancy beer gardens and bar where you often can listen to life music! It’s just amazing!
Thus, location was perfect; apartment was huge, tidy and had everything in what a tourist could miss being a week away from home. Big living room, complete kitchen, big and clean bathroom. There was also a washing machine, which I really considered useful after some hot but humid days.

The location of Apartment Hollywood was very prime, right about 2 minutes from the Square, which was pretty much the centre of the attractions and within walking distance of the Wawel Castle. We arrived about 2-3 hours after expected arrival time of 9pm and when we called the hotline to inform the personnel, he was very helpful and understanding and waited for us until midnight to receive us. In addition, last minute airport transfer was also arranged for us. This greatly saved us alot of trouble and frustrations! Service was wonderful indeed. Little kitchenette, ironing board and hair dryer were provided.

The location was good being between the Old Town and Kazimiersz with convenient tram routes. There were good restaurants nearby, and a convenient one with pleasant staff in the building. Shops for basic groceries were almost on the doorstep.
The biggest boon of an apartment over a hotel room is the washing machine, especially with temperatures over 30 degrees. There was everything in the flat you could need, plenty of storage space, and a set of house rules which meant the neighbours were not going to be annoying.

The apartment was centrally located within the old town so really within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while visting Krakow. Very clean and crisp bed linen that was very welcoming after a long day on our feet! Honestly, this apartment surpassed all our expectations and we had a very comfortable stay - a home away from home. This was particularly noticeable as we were travelling with our four month old baby.

Great apartment, great location, great and very helpfull staff. We stayed at apt. n 20 in Dietla Street, 10 min walking both from Castle and Main Square. Very nice apartment, on the 1st floor there a living room with a sofa and TV with TV-sat, a kitchen and a small bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 beds, one double and 1 single, air conditioning system and a wardrobe.
The staff picked us up at the Airport (18 euros up to 4 ppl) and we met them directly at the apartments. They provided us with lot of maps, information and suggestions. On the leaving day, we went to the office near Main Square and could leave our luggages till our plane departure.

It was good to have a washing machine as we stayed for several days, and there were plenty of clean towels provided. Probably the best thing I could say about the Cinnamon Apartment is its location. You are only a 2 minute walk from the main Market square. I stayed there in July 2011 with my 17 year old son. Over the years I have always stayed in hotels when away; however in the last few years I have found that renting an apartment is by far a better option. The Cinnamon Apartment was clean and well fitted out with bedding, utensils etc. It had 2 single beds fridge cooker etc etc and everything worked !!!!. I would definitely stay there again.

At the entrance to the apartment block has access to a restaurant that serves breakfast and all other meals if you don't want to prepare anything yourself, or have to travel anywhere.
Location was fine not too long a walk to get to the main square or even sorter walk to Kazimierz which has lovely places to eat and bars. Best location to enjoy a bit of both areas.

The apartment is very central and extremely quiet because it is not located in a main and touristic street but it is very closed to the central square of Krakow. The rooms are big so you have plenty of space available in the apartment. It is very clean and it has all you will need during your holiday.

Proximity to the main square of Krakow enabled us to stop back at the apartment during the day to drop off packages or simply rest for an hour or two. Also the convenience store located in the same building was handy for purchasing cereal, milk, bread and coffee. The location of the apartment was brilliant, just off the main square, where you can get anything from breakfast first thing to a late night meal. The square also seemed to be the central stop for the city tour golf type buggies and the horse drawn carrages, so you can get to all the sights without much of a walk!! We stayed 5 nights in the Royal apartment (number 1). It was great. We really prefer staying in an apartment to staying in a hotel. (My 22-year-old son slept in the living room and I slept in the bedroom - so we had privacy from one another, which can also be important.) It feels much more like a 'home' and it gives much more value for money. With two sets of keys, we could each come and go as we liked.
The apartment is in excellent condition and tastefully decorated.

The apartment was really lovely. Very clean when we arrived and there was lots of extra blankets and towels, which I feel is very important. The location, too, at about 10-15 minutes walk from the Market Square was ideal. We saw lots of Krakow on our wanderings to the square. Also there is a mini-supermarket directly next door to the apartment building which is handy and there is a late night pub at the corner which we found useful for a nightcap.
We took advantage of the airport pick up service and our driver whose name escapes me had excellent English, was very knowledgable and was very friendly. The staff we dealt with in the office in Krakow were also very friendly and explained all aspects of our booking with them. There was no hidden things that would suddenly pop up.
Krakow is a beautiful city with friendly people and we had an excellent time. This was rubberstamped by our excellent accommodation.

It's a lovely apartment in a great location. Gave us the independence, that we were looking for to explore on our own. A really good thing to have wifi.
Also loved having two floors - one of us wakes up hours before the other one, so I could just get up and go about my business.
Wouldn't have thought we enjoyed having a washing machine as much as we did. So that was actually a great addition.
Staff was sweet and helpful too.

A fantastic, very comfortable apartment. We enjoyed the central location, the safety and value for money. The staff at the office were extremely polite, professional and helpful. A wonderful stay.

It was great to be able to arrange a pick up from the airport. Although more costly than finding our own way, it suited us fine on a Sunday. Location was fabulous - very central and easy to find. The apartment was super clean and spacious with plenty of crockery etc. As we were two couples, we would have liked to have double beds in two bedrooms as opposed to one double then twin beds in the other.
The booking was straightforward and great communication. Would deiniately use again and highly recommend!!!

The apartment was much more than we expected. It was very clean, very comfortable and very well appointed.
It was perfectly situated on the street from the square to the castle and was literally only 5 minutes walk from each.
We booked a transfer from and to the airport with a different company and were due to be collected from our apartment. However we had to leave the apartment by 11am and weren't getting picked up until 3.30pm. The staff at the office, about 5 minutes walk away, were extremely helpful, allowed us to leave our bags and phoned our transfer company and arranged for us to be picked up at the office where we ad left our bags. Excellent service!

On searching for an adequate stay in Krakow for four adults and a 15 months old baby, we discovered ApartmentsApart. Self check-in for arrival in the evening with a baby was a plus. In the provided guidelines however two pictures were switched. A call to the office saved us. Within 10 minutes a helpfull hand arrived and we could get in Cracovia 1. Absolutely inviting and spacy! In the kitchen we discovered coffee, tea, sugar, milkpowder and all the utensils you might expect in a kitchen. A cosy sitting room and not only the babycot we asked for, but also a babychair. Two large bedrooms and a third one which could be used as a bedroom, but in fact was the dinner room. In the bathroom with floorheating (in november Krakow temperatures can be low) we discovered the bathtubplug was missing. Not easy to give a baby a bath. So the next day we went to the Apartmentsapart office and charming Joanna Kobylecka promised she would send a handyman. She even asked if we would permit him entering the apartment when we we're not in (full respect for privacy!). Within an hour the plug problem was fixed. From the first day Cracovia 1 was easily turned into a place where it was nice to stay. Another experience - this was our first one with renting an apartment - is that we quickly got acquainted with local products. In fact a "cultural" side effect that provides another tourist experience when not staying in a hotel : you make your own choice of what you buy. Having serious lower back problems I could only hope the bed would be comfortable. The mattress was a success! The music of the club down below the building was slightly audible, except on friday night when someone in the club must have turned the volume knob a bit higher. But seriously : all other nights were comfortable. The satellite receiver was rather outdated. The seats in the living room were very comfortable. By the way : no problem getting rid of garbage. There was a sufficient amount of sacs provided and below in the building we could put them in big bins. Food and drinks : shops are open in Krakow till 22:30... ApartmentsApart was a very fine discovery!

I loved the apartment in Krakow and am so happy to have found ApartmentsApart! The location was amazing, the amenities were fantastic - being able to do a load of wash was really a wonderful bonus to the whole experience! I was also very grateful for the local restaurant guide and the service in general, if I ever called the office with a question they were very helpful and it was an all around perfect experience! The situation of the apartment is great. It is very well furnished, heated and beds are very confortable. We did not use the kitchen, but it looked very well equiped. All rooms are very large. Very quiet, giving on an internal yard, although at 20m of the most active pedestrian street of the city. We would have stayed longer with pleasure.
Leaving was also great: confidence was there and we just had to close the door and drop the keys in a special box.

Location was very convenient. Apartment was warm which was especially important during the winter time in Poland. Place was clean and wel equipped 9eg. toaster, iron etc).

the apartment was lovely, really warm and welcoming. a large space which ensured we didn't feel crowded at any stage, despite there being 9 of us in a 2 bedroom place.
having a fully equipped kitchen was a real bonus, and the fact linen and towels were provided saved us wasting space in our luggage.
