Very professional service, prompt response, good communication before and after the stay. High apartment standard: clean, spacious, quiet. Apartment and location as described ( you would not believe how often this not the case)
I found the apratment to be in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and also very prompt at providing an additional electric heater for the apartment. Our stay was over a cold snap and it would have been far too cold without it.
We loved the location, the amenities of the apartment, the prompt communication about all the administrative details, and the efficiency of it all!

We had two apartments, in Warsaw and Krakow. Both were in very convenient locations in the heart of the old towns. They were clean, tidy and reasonably well equipped. The Warsaw apartment had a DVD player on which we could play CDs. There was not one in Krakow and DVD players are very cheap nowadays.
Excellent service in the Warsaw office, - helpful, professional and friendly staff. As you first visit the central office (to check-in and pick up the key) some 1,5km away from the old town where the apartments are located, it's very kind of them to provide a taxi for taking you to the place. Superb selection of flats around the Market Squire. Yet, not very convenient if you have a heavy luggage, - this district is a walking zone with no cars allowed and no elevators in the houses. But, again, it's the best historical location you can imagine in Warsaw. Couln't be better!

The location was fantastic! Couldnt' be better! Also the fit out of the apartment was very impressive - modern and clean! Great place. We will highly recommend it to others!

All staff dealt with during the stay were very helpful indeed. When an electric fan was requested, it arrived very quickly, and all other issues were dealt with efficiently

This is a very nice appartment, in an excellent location. In spite of being located in the heart of Warsaw center it's very quiet. Nicely furnished, clean, with fully equiped kitchen and the most important...free access to internet, very fast one! ;-)Generally it's worth of it's price and to recommend to other people. Take it! You will not regret it! ;-)

Apartment very well situated in the old (rebuilt) town in Warsaw. A walking distance to the castle, the view on the river, restaurants, all places. Well furnished, very comfortable, well heated, very well equiped, very calm. Getting the keys was very easy (the safe box system worked well) and the confidence for leaving (no checks just dropping the keys in the box) is very appreciated.
apartment was good for a short stay. did some office work and to work on a kitchen table was poor. next time I have to be sure that their is a good normal table to work on.
