  • Excellent. We'd had a lot of bad luck on the trip(heat wave, bad apartments, major flight delays), and this place was such a relief. Very clean, great location, everything attractive, spacious, well-placed, well maintained. Helpful staff. Previous day one of the kids said "I wish we could go home now". Checked in and kid said "can we stay a week?".

  • Spędziliśmy kilka dni w samym sercu Starego Miasta i bardzo nam odpowiadała zarówno lokalizacja, jak i przestronność apartamentu. Podróżowaliśmy w 5 - tj. całą rodzinką(dwoje 15latków i 3 latek). Wybraliśmy Warszawę na kilka dni zimowych ferii i nikt z nas nie był rozczarowany. Wieczorne spacery na Starówkę - super romantyczne, a Warszawa w zimowo-noworocznej szacie wyglądała nieziemsko. Nastolatki zachwycone Muzeum Powstania a 3 latek Centrum Kopernik. Mieszkanie superkomfortowe dla takiej rodzinki, jak nasza. Pomimo znacznych mrozów na zewnątrz w mieszkaniu było ciepło i przytulnie, w kuchni swobodnie gotowali moi 3 mężczyźni nie obijając się o siebie (plus za dużą, jasną kuchnię), a w salonie można było wygodnie wypoczywać... Przy tak dużej rodzince plusem jest osobna łazienka/WC.

When we arrived at the airport we were welcomed by one of the employees of Royal Residences who had already organised a taxi that took us to the office. Although we arrived outside the normal opening hours we experienced no problems with getting our keys. The appartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
  • Location was outstanding--perfect! Both in regards to the sites, shopping and convenience. Grocery store down the street as well as other necessities. We liked having everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen--dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, laundry washing machine but no dryer--all of which were much better than a competitor in Krakow. Lots of windows in this apartment so lots of light and fresh air. We also greatly appreciated on-site management for any unexpected issues.

  • The apartments were just what we needed. Your staff were very helpful in several ways, including when I couldn't make the Internet link work in M7. The cleaners were wonderfully thorough!

  • I found the apratment to be in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and also very prompt at providing an additional electric heater for the apartment. Our stay was over a cold snap and it would have been far too cold without it.

  • We had two apartments, in Warsaw and Krakow. Both were in very convenient locations in the heart of the old towns. They were clean, tidy and reasonably well equipped. The Warsaw apartment had a DVD player on which we could play CDs. There was not one in Krakow and DVD players are very cheap nowadays.
  • Excellent service in the Warsaw office, - helpful, professional and friendly staff. As you first visit the central office (to check-in and pick up the key) some 1,5km away from the old town where the apartments are located, it's very kind of them to provide a taxi for taking you to the place. Superb selection of flats around the Market Squire. Yet, not very convenient if you have a heavy luggage, - this district is a walking zone with no cars allowed and no elevators in the houses. But, again, it's the best historical location you can imagine in Warsaw. Couln't be better!

  • Apartment very well situated in the old (rebuilt) town in Warsaw. A walking distance to the castle, the view on the river, restaurants, all places. Well furnished, very comfortable, well heated, very well equiped, very calm. Getting the keys was very easy (the safe box system worked well) and the confidence for leaving (no checks just dropping the keys in the box) is very appreciated.
  • apartment was good for a short stay. did some office work and to work on a kitchen table was poor. next time I have to be sure that their is a good normal table to work on.
