I like being able to do my own laundry. Your staff member, Jacob, whom I met on arrival was most efficient and helpful.

This flat was very near of main Warszaw's services and attracts (restaurants, shops, etc.). It was very clean, spatious, confortable...and hot enough, too !
"arrival information" was in german. I was positive surprise, that the local office and the apartment was in the "same" house. The apartment was very good and I thinking new.

I especially liked that everything was so organised. When we arrived at the airport we were welcomed by one of the employees of Royal Residences who had already organised a taxi that took us to the office. Although we arrived outside the normal opening hours we experienced no problems with getting our keys. The appartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!
Location was outstanding--perfect! Both in regards to the sites, shopping and convenience. Grocery store down the street as well as other necessities. We liked having everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen--dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, laundry washing machine but no dryer--all of which were much better than a competitor in Krakow. Lots of windows in this apartment so lots of light and fresh air. We also greatly appreciated on-site management for any unexpected issues.

We have been in Warsaw Poland, Old town apartments. I was very happy being in apartment with living room and kitchen. The building was in the very nice central area with nice pubs, bars and restaurants. The accommodation was very nice, all needed was provided. Thanks for the great service!!!

It was very well equipped, both kitchen and elsewhere.
The apartments were just what we needed. Your staff were very helpful in several ways, including when I couldn't make the Internet link work in M7. The cleaners were wonderfully thorough!
Spacious rooms.
We especially liked that the apartment was located at a beautiful street right in the middle of the city centre. The apartment was spacy and equiped with everything you need.

This the third time we have stayed in Royal Route Apartments and as always we have nothing but praise for the quality apartment and the facilities. The location is perfect for walking to the Old Town and Centrum with excellent access to public transport for visiting other parts of the city. We would always stay at Royal Route Apartments when visiting Warsaw.

The location was fantastic! Couldnt' be better! Also the fit out of the apartment was very impressive - modern and clean! Great place. We will highly recommend it to others!

All staff dealt with during the stay were very helpful indeed. When an electric fan was requested, it arrived very quickly, and all other issues were dealt with efficiently

This is a very nice appartment, in an excellent location. In spite of being located in the heart of Warsaw center it's very quiet. Nicely furnished, clean, with fully equiped kitchen and the most important...free access to internet, very fast one! ;-)Generally it's worth of it's price and to recommend to other people. Take it! You will not regret it! ;-)

Everything about the apartment was excellent (although air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been nice - it was a very warm week we chose to visit). The staff were very helpful and we couldnt have asked for a better location. Would highly recommend these apartments and would definately return to them again on next visit to Poland.

the woman who handled my reservation, check-in, etc. was very kind.

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. Kuba was working and was nice and spoke great English.

We loved the spacious living/dining room with separate bedroom (as compared to a small hotel room). Having a washing machine was fantastic - could do laundry while we relaxed "at home". Location was great for us as we walked everywhere - new town, old town, park, train station. Staff were professional and helpful.

Apartment location is really excellent.
Excellent equipment, the washing machine was very welcome! The apartment was compact but very comfortable and the price seemed fair.

We were very happy with the location as it was central to the new and old town with many shops and restaurants on the same street. The area had a young and vibrant feel to it. The studio apartments are spacious, modern and clean and having a washing machine was a bonus.
The location is perfect. Small food shops, a Polish traditional souvenir shop, the most famous doughnut shop, and the bus stop for airport are just one minute from the apartment. Withing 5 minutes you can reash a large super market and department stores. Rooms are fine, well-maintained. Internet access (cable or wireless) is also available.
The apartment was nice and clean, location is great and check in and out fast and simple. Everything as usual.
Aparment was small but very comfortable. There were all needeble things for stay and enjoy the town.
