the woman who handled my reservation, check-in, etc. was very kind.
All the staff were excellent,even when I had to come back for my passport,nothing was to much trouble..recommended to more of my friends

the staff was excellent; i had many questions and they spent a lot of time answering me and helping to research items. I was much appreciative. I liked the apartment location very much, as well as the furnishings (t.v. with satellite, fan in bedroom, etc.).
Everything we need to spend our lives in the room was there, so it was really comfortable, especially the kitchen facilities.
-Good location. Spacious room. Great value for money.
I don´t actually know what was the name of our staff member but he was great. He went for us to your office in late night. First-rate organization. Thanks for beautiful dulcification of our standing in Warsaw. Piwna yellow rules.. :)

Friendly staff, good location
location and staff member excellent
Apartment location is really excellent.
Excellent equipment, the washing machine was very welcome! The apartment was compact but very comfortable and the price seemed fair.
I like the location very much, and also the person who give me the keys and showed me the appartmens was very nice
We were very happy with the location as it was central to the new and old town with many shops and restaurants on the same street. The area had a young and vibrant feel to it. The studio apartments are spacious, modern and clean and having a washing machine was a bonus.
The location is perfect. Small food shops, a Polish traditional souvenir shop, the most famous doughnut shop, and the bus stop for airport are just one minute from the apartment. Withing 5 minutes you can reash a large super market and department stores. Rooms are fine, well-maintained. Internet access (cable or wireless) is also available.
The apartment was nice and clean, location is great and check in and out fast and simple. Everything as usual.
Aparment was small but very comfortable. There were all needeble things for stay and enjoy the town.
Excellent Location, nice staff, good equiped apartments.
The location was really nice as well as the convenience of a kitchen and wireless internet.
