Bartselona Gothic Area

Barcelona Gothic Area, which is also known as the Barri Gotic is located in the heart of the Old Town in Barcelona. It goes from the Mediterranean area to Ronda de Sant pere and from La Rambla area to Via Laietana. Having a labyrinthine street plan, the Barri Gotic has many small streets that open to squares. The places to be seen here are the Cathedral of Santa Eulalia, the Placa Sant Jaume, the Basilica of La Merce, as well as Portal de l'Angel, Placa Reial and Placa del Rei.
