Welcome to our Мадрид long term rental apartment department. Our company has been working for over 10 years with short term rentals but over the course of time we have met clients interested in monthly rentals in Мадрид as well landlords that are willing to offer special discounts for clients staying in for longer than one month.
All accommodation offered are ready-furnished apartments in Мадрид with monthly rates. Please note that since each apartment is located in a different department, you will find different criteria and conditions of reservation.
