The astounding kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals at home, including a microwave and conventional oven, toaster, cutlery and plates, fridge, coffee-maker and tea set, and even a dishwashing machine. The cozy living room has a full set of furniture and a balcony, along with a TV connected to a DVD/CD player. There’s also a telephone installed for local calls and city maps provided for your convenience. What’s more, the apartment is within close proximity of many transportation stops, commercial and sightseeing attractions. Please note that there is a refundable 20% damage deposit, a three-night minimum stay and free access to the on-site gym and swimming pool. Children under 10 can stay for free!
