- The Marlins Hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Bournemouth.
The hotel enjoys a superb location in the West Cliff area of the town, just above the West Undercliff Promenade, which is a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the magnificent views of the English Channel. The hotel is also just minutes away from the golden sands that make Bournemouth's famous beach, which stretches for 7 miles. From the hotel it is a ten minute walk from the centre of Bournemouth, with its excellent shops and of course the wonderful Winter Gardens.
The Hotel itself is housed within a Victorian era villa which dates from 1882 and has been beautifully decorated as well as being furnished in a distinctly comfortable manner. Each of the elegant guest rooms has an en-suite bathroom and has been equipped with a colour television as well as everything needed for making a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel has a nice cafe-bar which is open during the main tourist season and is a great place to enjoy a drink and relax. Included in the room rate is a full English breakfast, which is the ideal start to any day.
