Nice appartments in ancient style in an old house. The lendlord Loreno was very hospital. We like our stay in Florence very much in all aspects.

We stayed in this apartment 3 nights. It was the 5th stop of the 6 on this trip. The owner was there to greet us with cookies, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine (no other owner did that!) He was very friendly and helpful. He provided a map on which he wrote the names of several of his favorite restaurants, where the closest bus stop and grocery store were located and overall gave us a lovely welcome.

The main advantage of this apartment is the location. It's close to the Ponte Vecchio from where you can get to any major tourist attraction in the city. The city, or the interesting part of it in any case, is rather compact and easy to visit on foot or by bike, and the Ponte Vecchio is a good starting point.

Nicely presented apartment - very friendly and helpful landlord. A fair walk from the main train station and the main tourist areas i.e. quieter and less crowded! Close to some excellent restaurants and a short walk (uphill!) to Piazzale Michelangiolo with fantastic vistas of Florence.

first time we (4 people) reached he, it was so welcoming from the apartment's staff. the location is near the street market, easy to do shopping. restaurants also just nearby, taste good and with reasonable price.

Excellent location. In the heart of the old city, miunutes of walk from main objectives. Nice decorated appartament, with all the facilityes.

Quietness

I loved meeting the owner who gave us very good information on the city itself: what to see and how to get there. Having a washing machine when you are travelling is a huge advantage. You don't want to waste time in a laundromat. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location.
