- In 2005 we contacted Apartments Apart regarding the advertising of our 2 apartments we had recently purchased in Budapest and planned to let to tourists. Since this time we have had nothing but the most professional, helpful and friendly service from all at Apartments Apart. Over the past 2 years we have found ourselves in the position where we are able to offer another 4 apartments to tourists and short term visitors to Budapest. All of these apartments have been added to our listing with Apartments Apart.
- Very quickly after entering into cooperation with Apartments Apart we realised how this company was and still is far superior to the many other companies and websites in which you can promote your property. Firstly and most importantly of all is the volume of enquiries and confirmed bookings which are achieved through our listing with Apartments Apart. On both counts they far outweigh the number of leads/bookings arising through other methods. The whole booking process for guests and ourselves is very efficient and quick; it is important and reassuring to know when a booking is confirmed both the guests and ourselves as apartment owners have clear communication regarding the booking details from the agent. Secondly and almost as importantly is the level of service to the guests. It is important when booking a holiday, especially a holiday apartment through the internet that the guests have extremely high confidence in the apartment and its owners - this can only be achieved through the agent. It speaks volumes for Apartments Apart that they have put together the staff and a series of procedures in place which has enabled them to instil this confidence in the guests as proven by the number of bookings we achieve each year throughout the high season and more difficult low season versus all the other possible companies our guests could book through.
- Whenever we have had a query about a booking or wished to add the subsequent apartments to their listings we have always been able to write freely and always been dealt with as you would expect, fast, professionally and friendly and as a result we have built up a wonderful relationship with all of the “Budapest” team at Apartments Apart. You can create the best set of procedures for your company but it is always the people needed to make it work and from our experience and what our guests tell us Apartments Apart have got the staff right.
