Beautiful apartment that was light, spacious, clean and comfortable, and in a fantastic location that allowed us to get to everything we wanted to visit in Berlin.

We liked the apartment very much; it is well appointed and comfortable and has everything one may need for a pleasant stay in Berlin. The neighbourhood is nice with some good food shops and fun restaurants nearby. The free internet is an added bonus. The staffer, Nathan, was very friendly and accomodating. Great value for money.

Well located, a few minutes by subway to the most touristic points in Berlin. Spacious apartment, nicely decorated and acoustically well insulated and very clean!, really comfortable. Well equipped, all basic needs covered, with the exception of a broom and mop. Good treatment received from the staff of the apartments. They were very helpful, efficient and friendly.

The location was excellent and the accommodation itself was very good, comfortable and clean. Great cafes, restaurants and venues just outside the door, and within walking distance from town central. Really nice area. The staff were very helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment was huge (certainly the biggest we have ever stayed in), clean, light, cosy, decorated in excellent taste, the kitchen was fully equipped, there was always hot water and, in a few words, we felt that we didn't want to leave it. The fact that there was even coffee, sugar and tea bags available was a pleasant surprise! The staff was always eager to help us. The location is convenient as well. Within five minutes walking distance from Senefelderplatz station. There is also a Bio(Super)Market close to the apartment. Alexanderplatz is within 15 minutes walking distance. We don't find anything to complain. If again in Berlin, we will definitely choose the same place to stay!

Nice clean and warm rooms, big living room, nice kitchen. The tram, bus and S-band were near house. Good transport.

I've spent one week in OTA Berlin. It was really nice time! Apartments are very comfortable, especially big kitchen where we had long discussions with friends.

We had a great weekend and really good experience with House Trip. Before arriving the office were really helpful giving us directions from the airport and accomodating our early arrival having the apartment ready for us so we were able to drop off our stuff. They also let us leave our stuff in the office on our last day so if we didnt want to carry our luggage around with us we had somewhere safe to leave this until we needed to head for the airport. The apartment was fantastically located and having the office right next door was really helpful, especially on the first day when they were able give us some pointers for lunch and help us to get our bearings a little with regards to where we were in relation to the sites of the city. We were only in Berlin for 3 days so not in the apartment very much but with 7 girls sharing we found we had plenty of space, the shower didnt run out of hot water and we had everything we needed to make a hearty breakfast or evening meal. I would highly recommend the apartment for sharers or families as I can imagine the childrens room would be a welcome advantage for any parent!
