This individually designed studio apartment for 1 to 4 persons is located in a traditional Viennese house, in the 12th Vienna district, just a stroll away from the Park and Palace Schönbrunn – the famous imperial summer residence, equally ideal for a leisure walk or for jogging. There are two stations of two subway lines within easy reach (abt.400 m each) and it takes less than 10 min. by subway to reach the Vienna Opera, the heart of the city. A number of good and affordable restaurants, both Austrian and foreign, and a supermarket are just round the corner as well as a shopping street, banks, post office, petrol station, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre.
The apartment has a double bed and a 150-cm-broad sofa-bed, which, if necessary, can sleep two youngsters or school-age children. There is a fully equipped kitchen corner, which makes it possible to cook your own food, any time you wish (tea & coffee free of charge). Naturally, bed linen and towels are included in the price and we do not charge anything extra for cleaning or heating. There is satellite TV and a radio-CD player in the apartment, a DVD player and DVD movies - on demand.
Children starting from school age are welcome, for smaller kids we are not the right place.
