Appartement très agréable (propre, confortable, lumineux, spacieux, bien situé) toutefois, l'équipement est quelque peu maigre : pas de porte manteaux, très peu de vaisselle, poubelle et support serviettes dans la salle bain.

The flats are in wonderful positions, they are clean, and furnished of all the key appliances.

We have been touched by the exceptionally benevolent attitude of the gentleman who attended to us at your office in Brussels. He did his best in re-accomodating us to settle a problem of our old leg joints. Besides, he spoke with us in good Russian so that we felt ourselves in a friendly atmosphere as if we were at home. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, very well equipped and really ideally located. I have a vast experience of holiday rentals in many countries, and I would say the apartment can definitely be rated of a high ratio "benefit/price".

The apartment was very well appointed. The kitchen was excellent - I especially liked the fact that you had left a few items, presumably from other occupants, such as salt & sugar, which made catering a little easier. The supply of linen was excellent, including bedding. The location was perfect - we came for the opera, which was just on the opposite corner, and very good eating places, shops, and the underground were right there.

Die lage war einmalig. Mitten in der stadt. In der nacht hat einzig der nachtlärm des pubs manchmal gestört. Dies aber nur im schlafzimmer zur strasse hin.

Loved the apartment, clean, fresh and very well set up. Kitchen well equipped although toaster lever was broken. Comfortable and heaps of room. Great location with very good access to public transport and town centre. Good level of security.

the appartment is well placed next Grand Place

Me and my friend stayed in the ApartmentsApart Hotel (Agora 3)when visiting Brussels from 22 to 25 January 2012. We liked the hotel very much, as it's located in the very centre of the city, very close to the Grand Place surrounded by historical architecture; 10 minutes to walk to the Central Station. A lot of different shops, restorants and cafes are around the Hotel. Besides there are a lot of different home facilities, including hair drier, DVD, TV, video, etc. in the apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't find telephone set inside the room. A kitchen well equipped with microwave and electric oven and all necessary cooking crockery, glass ware (including plates, cups, etc.) permits to cook at home. It makes the stay in the Apartment very convenient.

Nos gusto el apartamento y su situación. Estuvimos en apartamentos Opera de Bruselas, muy bien situado delante del Teatro de la Monnai, a escasos 5' minutos a pie de la Grand Place. El apartamento es muy amplio, confortable, limpio y equipado.

Everyone was very nice and helpful during check-in and the apartment was in a very clean condition. Wonderful location and very well decorated.

des remarques agréables :l'appartement est très bien situé , spacieux,insonore ; la literie de très bonne qualité ;l'accueil au bureau sympathique Par contre , pour 6 personnes , un WC ,situé dans l'unique salle de bain : c'est très insuffisant Et nous aurions apprécié une ristourne dès lors que les canapés étaient tous les 2 cassés ( il n'est pas normal ,quand on a 50 ans de se retrouver assis par terre ,d'autant plus qu'une des personnes était à mobilité réduite et s'est retrouvé assis sur une chaise pendant les 3 jours)

il semblerait que durant notre séjour, la jeunesse s'est très bien amusée durant les nuits ce qui signifie du grand bruit jusqu'à plus de 3h du matin ! une bonne excuse pour nos enfants qui souhaitaient veiller mais pour nous c 'était malgré tout : un peu trop !!!

A fantastic apartment; very large and spacious. Great urban city views. The freedom to come and go and have cooking and eating facilities was invaluable as we travelled with our family. We were delighted with the space and the apartment was a highlight of our city visit. The apartment was nice and warm on our arrival. Plates and cups etc were all very clean.
