The apartment is situeted just in the heart of the old town. The views from the windows are wonderful. It is easy to go for small walks and shopping. We were ten persons, but there was room for everyone in the flat.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, a short location from the main square, bars and restuarants. However it is on a nice quiet street. It is accessed via a small security protected courtyard and unlike many apartments I have stayed at is just off the Ground floor which was most welcome after pounding the fine streets of Tallinn!. The apartment is well appointed with an an open plan kitchen/lounge which makes it feel very roomy. The bedrooms are a good size although they don't have any windows in. The bathroom was fully tiled with a decent shower and jaccuzi (although we didnt use this). I would stay in this apartment again.

I especially liked the location, from where it has been possible to go in every nice place with just 10 minutes waling, deciding that in every moment, according to the last incoming mood. The view on the Nevskij cathedral in the evening is stunning. Reval cafe under the appartment and the bancomat are also really valuable details.

We especially liked the marvellous view from the terrace of the Luscher & Mattiesen GuestHouse, the stylishly furnished apartment, the great view from the living room window overlooking the old town and the sea, and, last but not least, the very friendly service of our host, Martin Tahvonen.

This apartment is spacious, extremely well located, well furnished and for the price is quite nice... It is, without doubts, THE way of staying in Tallinn, I will definetly come back to this apartment

the location of the appartment is super, in the middle of the old town. The terrace nearby is owned by the same people as the appartment,what makes communication very easy. The appartment only has 1 bathroom. Given the enormous square footage (really), it shouldn't be to dicfficult to fit in a second bathroom.

Панорамное остекление создает в квартире просто восхитительный вид! Озеро, аэропорт, взлетающие самолеты, которых при этом не слышно, огни ночного города... Можно часами сидеть на диване в гостинной с бокалом любимого напитка и просто любоваться этим зрелищем!

Good appartment, good location, price not so cheap, but 5 minuts walk to the entire old town, taxis very nearby, several pubs and nightclubs a few feet away. A little mallin within a 5 minuts walk. No problem to report, enjoyable appartment!

The location of the apartment is superb! Right in the heart og the Old Town, its a short way to everything! The big nightclubs like Hollywood, Privvé and Venus are within short walking distance (0,5-1KM) There is also a short way to a big shopping mall, (across the street from Venus) We found the best restaurant in the Old Town, its called Olematu, and is located on the heights, with the viewpoints over the city! They make the best food, and its really cheap! A world class dinner costs 10-15 euro!!! There is also a gold standard in the apartment, no noise from other people inside the building, but theres some noise from the square outside during the night.

Rien à redire, l'appartement est vraiment bien , spatieux avec un joli petit sona . L'immeuble est très calme. Malheureusement la neige n'était pas au rendez-vous!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The stair of the building, however, was dirty and smelled of dogs! We enjoyed our stay in Tallinn.

Un bruit énorme de soufflerie nous accompagnait pendant la nuit, que nous n'avons pu identifier ou localiser. Notre appartemment donnait sur la rue (cul-de-sac) et de nombreux véhicules y venaient faire demi-tour. La prise internet était cachée derrière le lit et difficile d'utilisation.
