The location of the apartment is very good, in fact is possible to reach Pompidour and Notre Dame by feet in 10-15 minutes. There is a carrefour express just in the street that is open until 11pm and it permits you to do a last second shop also if you are in paris for work and you come back late ( it happens me a lot of times! ). Apart this, the apartment is very nice, has all the furnitures and facilities you normally need and a good view from the small balcony.

The decor of the apartment was quaint and very Parisian! It was good walking distance from many of the attractions such as the Notre Dame which was around a 10-15 minute walk!

The apartment was conveniently located, close to metro, amenities and central Paris, and felt secure - notwithstanding that it was in a minor red light district (persons who find the presence of rather mature professional ladies in the street off-putting might like to choose another location though). Other comments referred to it as being 'dirty', but we would describe it as a bit shabby, though not to the extent that it impinged on our enjoyment (but, as with a certain level of tolerance of streetwalkers, maybe our standards are lower than some people's). We would consider staying again, but might try another apartment just for variety.

Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage nur 5 min zu Fuß nördlich von les Halles und nur 2 min bis zur nächsten Metro-Station. Das recht günstige Parkhaus ist ebenfalls nur 2 min auf der Rue St. Denis entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur funktionell, sondern sogar recht ansprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt einen separaten Raum für Wäsche mit Waschmaschine und Garderobe. und Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 4 Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Etwa 150 m parallel findet man mit der Rue Montorgueil eine der kulinarisch reichhaltigsten Einkaufsstraßen in Paris, wo man zu fairen Preisen alle Zutaten sogar für ein anspruchsvolles Menue findet, was wir auch genutzt haben. Bäcker und Monoprix sind wirklich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung haben wir auch wegen der zentralen Lage tagsüber für kleine Pausen genutzt.Durch den Aufzug ist auch die 6. Etage leicht erreichbar. Wir können deshalb dieses Appartement nur voll empfehlen.

Encontramos que el apartamento era realmente céntrico: a menos de 5 min del Louvre, a 10-15 min andando de Nôtre Dame y también a poco rato unos 35 min andando de la Tour Eiffel. El apartamento estaba bien cuidado, limpio y con toallas, sábanas y mantas necesarias.

The apartment was bright and nice and worked fine for two adults and three children. The location next to the Louvre is good even though the area has most luxurious antique shops and not so many nice little restaurants and shops. The five steps up to the apartment were long but it went ok.

My mother, sister and I stayed at the apartment during our stay in Paris. We had a very comfortable stay. The apartment itself was very nice. There was a private bedroom and a couch that converted into a bed (I would say a full-size). When we checked in, one of the agents gave us a tour (they were easily accessible by email which was helpful, as we didn't have a phone). There is an information booklet which also provides helpful information for throughout your stay including sight-seeing/taxi information. Security was great. It was an apartment complex behind a coded door. Lots of amenities for cooking (pots, cutlery, plates, electric tea pot). Free-wifi and cable TV provided. Towels were supplied. We did end up having to buy some household items (e.g. toilet/paper towels). There is a supermarket about 3 minute walk away from the apartment which a great selection. Metro is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Lots of areas nearby to buy souvenirs as well. Near Montmartre and Moulin Rouge which was great. All in all we had a great time and it was wonderful having a comfortable, spacious (more so than a hotel) environment to come back to after a busy day of sight-seeing. I would most definitely recommend this apartment as a vacation rental!

We had a fantastic time in Paris and really liked the apartment we stayed in. Four of us stayed here and did not get under one anothers feet. The apartment seemed secure, was clean, nicely decorated with good use of space and good sized rooms for a Paris residence! The linen was fresh and the bed in the bedroom plus the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable to sleep on. As a three seater the sofa was comfortable and roomy. There were some guide books and maps provided which was very nice. The location was ideal, a few minutes from Notre Dam Cathedral. It was very close to many amenities, restaurants, and shopping. The apartment was located in a lively area, within easy walking distance to many tourist destinations. Just outside the apartment building there were reasonably priced food bars with friendly owners and a creperie which was great when we did not want to travel to eat or for a late night snack. Being on the first floor meant it was extremely convenient in the evenings with few stairs to climb. All in all we had a fabulous stay here! The only thing that could have made our stay nicer would have been a little gesture of TLC to make us feel welcome. Some apartments offer a welcome snacks or a few breakfast items. Perhaps some coffee and tea and salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Some guidance on local supermarkets would also have been helpful. All in all we would defintely reccommend this apartment to others and would be happy to come back and stay here on another trip.

We liked the view from the window. It was hard to send my teenage children to bed, because every minute something was going on outside, it was like a TV show. It was a beautiful location, because everything was in a walking distance: supermarket, a lot of nice restaurants, buses and subway station was 1 minute away. The beds were very comfortable with very cozy blankets and linens were as white as snow.

Lejligheden lå dejligt centralt, og samtidig lidt tilbagetrukket fra gaden. Der var ikke støj fra gaden, og man kunne have de franske døre åbne. Lejligheden var udmærket indrettet med åbent køkken alrum, sovesofa i stuen og soveværelse samt bad. Vi kunne godt besøge området igen.

We really liked the location. The 9e arrondissement is an interesting area between Pigalle and the Grandes Boulevardes. Lots of interesting little streets, food shops, theatres and restaurants. We liked the apartment and the surrounding buildings. The entry via the courtyard was easy and very nice. We liked the well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was just the right size - large enough to be comfortable, but small enough to encourage to explore the city! Overall we would definitely recommend it to others.
