Yes. I would like to file an official complaint with regard to our complete disappointment with the conditions offered for 4 persons in the apartment which we hired in Valencia. We paid for 4 persons and what we got was a removable bed, extremely inconvenient, not even a convertible sofa, no hot water, no bed sheets, electrical appliances that were not working, etc. When we called and send a message, with a request to be moved to an apartment which corresponds to the conditions which we expected and that were offered via the site, there was not even a response. As regular customers of ApartmentsApart, being in Barcelona, London, Rome, Madrid, Venecia, etc, we are convinced to proceed with our complaint and be compensated for the inconveniences and the attitude that we got.
