The hotel is new and the service is professional.

The service and apartment surpassed my expectations! It was very reasonably priced, in a good location close to a metro station and the facilities were very good. The welcome packs with shampoo, etc., were a lovely touch. On of the best things was being able to do self check-in - we didn't arrive until 10pm and thanks to the secure entry to the building and key safes outside the apartment we didn't need to go to the office and incur a late check-in fee. The apartment was comfortable and I would definitely stay again.

La verdad es que el apartamento nos encantó. En especial las grandes ventanas y el espacio. Todo estaba muy limpio y las camas eran muy confortables. El estar en el centro de Londres también hace la estancia muy cómoda, y el alrededor es muy tranquilo.

Die lage war einmalig. Mitten in der stadt. In der nacht hat einzig der nachtlärm des pubs manchmal gestört. Dies aber nur im schlafzimmer zur strasse hin.

Great design, very well thought out place. The bed was amazing, as was the shower. The room was open plan, with only the bathroom hidden. Room was lovely and warm for a winters stay. Good breakfast too. In fact they called me before 10am to ask if I was coming down. I had slept in of course. Nice touch.

Hello We had a fantastic time in Krakow and were very very very pleased with the apartment ..... exactly what was shown on internet. Very well situated , very clean and new furnished, calm and a shop openned 24h just 20 yards from it. I think the ratio Quality/Price is absolutly excellent!

Nam sie spodobalo: a. mieszkanie odnowione, b. wygodne luszko (ale jednak koldry byly za male) c. aparaty juz w mieszkaniu (pralka, itd), d. umiejscowienie mieszkania.

The location of the apartment was great. The apartment itself was clean, clear and there was enough space for everyone. We love the fact that we had a kitchen where we had everything necessary for cooking. Definitely recommended!

Everything new and clean. Very friendly and helpfull staff. I like the silence when sleeping with an open window. Aditional services with taxi and luggage transfer worked good.

Loved the apartment, clean, fresh and very well set up. Kitchen well equipped although toaster lever was broken. Comfortable and heaps of room. Great location with very good access to public transport and town centre. Good level of security.

The location of the flat is close to shops, pubs and the tube

Me and my friend stayed in the ApartmentsApart Hotel (Agora 3)when visiting Brussels from 22 to 25 January 2012. We liked the hotel very much, as it's located in the very centre of the city, very close to the Grand Place surrounded by historical architecture; 10 minutes to walk to the Central Station. A lot of different shops, restorants and cafes are around the Hotel. Besides there are a lot of different home facilities, including hair drier, DVD, TV, video, etc. in the apartment. Unfortunately, we couldn't find telephone set inside the room. A kitchen well equipped with microwave and electric oven and all necessary cooking crockery, glass ware (including plates, cups, etc.) permits to cook at home. It makes the stay in the Apartment very convenient.

Apartment was clean, very well appointed, and has all the necessary facilities, utensils, appliances ... etc. Tesco being just next door is fantastic. Borough Station just across the road is also very convenient. Actually has 2 sofa beds in the living room so can easily fit 8 people, good for families. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Le canapé-lit prévu pour 2 personnes était très inconfortable et la seconde personne a finalement dormi sur le fauteuil transformable en lit de camp.
