The appartment is the great value for money. Very clean, very central, but nevertheless quiet. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, enough space. Great for a family or two couples.

Our stay at the apartments was great, easy access to the city, shops & restaurants. Having the facilities at the apartment like the kitchen, washing machine etc made it easier. Had trouble picking up Wifi, but staff very quickly rectified the problem for us & dropped to our room a wireless connection.

Lo que más nos gusto fue la ubicación de los apartamentos en pleno centro de Madrid, todo una acierto, a pocos minutos andando del Museo del Prado, Cibeles, etc...,perfecto. El apartamento en si, bastante acogedor y equipado correctamente, muy bien, nada que objetar.

La decoración, el sistema de acceso muy cómodo y el equpamiento del apartamento, muy completo. La ubicación es muy buena también, aunque con el problema del aparcamiento.

the location of the apartments was very good and the apartment was pretty well equipped. Could have used some better kitchen items like paring knives and larger pots with lids.

The location is good, located in the city centre, very convinient for walking around the city centre.

The apartment is nice and full equipped. The location of the building is wonderful close to two metro stations ( Banco de España and Chueca), Plaza de Cibeles, Museo del Prado, the Gran Via Avenue and Parque El Retiro. Also, there are many groceries shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the area. No noise problems in the apartment because the building is located in a quiet street without restaurants or discos.

It´s a very good flat to belong to all intresting places in Madrid.

The location is excellent, close to most popular attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The apartment was really nice, with plenty of space. It was lovely and warm when the outside temperature was below freezing. Quiet, even when the outside street was busy.

bonjour, nous avons été déjà clients des old town appartement (Madrid, Barcelone)et franchement nous adorons la prestation proposée et nous ne sommes en général jamais déçu et c'est le cas encore aujourd'hui. ceci dit concernant cet appartement il faudrait améliorer la pression de l'eau au niveau des douches et des toilettes. et c'est dommage de ne pas proposer le wifi en gratuit... voilà pour notre avis.

Me gusto mucho el apartamento donde estuvimos. Estaba muy limpio y muy aseado. Su mobiliario era moderno tipo Ikea.

The best thing in my opinion is that all apartments are in a really good place to move around the city centre, over all for young people like me, definitely this is a esential point. And, further apartments are really clean a have a modern decoration.
