Tout c'est très bien passé, l'appartement était propre, les petits détails pour la facilité d'intégration dans l'appartement (café soluble, thé, essuie-tout, le savon pour l'évier, etc...) ainsi que pour le bon fonctionnement des électroménagers étaient là (cfr pastilles de savon pour le lave vaisselle, etc...). J'avais lu d'un commentaire d'un autre locataire que le système pour trouver la clé de l'appartement était génial et c'est vrai à coté de la porte de l'appartement le boîtier à code est une superbe trouvaille. Une fois le code introduit, c'est le bouton noir qu'il faut abaisser vers le bas pour que le boitier puisse s'ouvrir! L'endroit est très bien car près du métro et d'une zone où il y a pas mal de tavernes et bar à tapas. Les rues sont accessibles aux véhicules mais très peu de circulation, c'est super pour se déplacer à pieds. Nous avons vraiment aimé l'appart et les environs.

The wonderfully equipped and clean kitchen gave us much delight. The sitting room was pleasant with a tiny balcony and a good wooden floor. The bathroom was good and the storage in the bedroom was helpful. The location was great for the galleries we wanted to visit and there was good cheap eating around.

Had a wonderful stay, the apartment is located so close to the Prado and many great bars and restaurants. The check in process worked really well and everything was clean and tidy, plus very well appointed. I would certainly book again, great communication with the office, all in all a really good experience.

Nice apartment in a friendly neighbourhood, with lots of bars and tapas-restaurants. Metro nearby as well as the city highlights. I would recommend this apartment, gives you more freedom to enjoy your stay and it has everything you need.

Perfect location in a quiet side street behind Plaza Mayor. Easy to walk everywhere from this apartment. Once in the apartment it is so quiet considering you are in the very heart of Madrid. Apartment well equipped, although not in it very much! Really handy having a small supermarket on the corner of the street.

The location was perfect for doing touristy things in Madrid. The teenagers in our group loved being close to the Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel, and we all walked everywhere -- the Prado, the train station, etc. Location was great.

The location of this apartment was great for walking around tourist Madrid. Just perfect. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was a good fit for us. The teenagers loved the independence of being able to get to the Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel without being really far away or lost. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the office was great about giving us the keys a bit early. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to anyone doing a tourist turn in Madrid.
