Everything was perfect. The host was very kind, the apartment is big and clean. In the kitchen you can find anytging you want. The wifi is free and very good. The location is good, at 5 min from the water bus station, 5 minutes from billa supermarket and 10 minutes from piatza roma, where the busses for airport leave.

Страхотен професионализъм. Наложи се да ни бъде сменен апартамента поради авария в отоплението. Предопредиха ни навреме, а вторият апартамент беше по-просторен и на по-централно място от избраният от нас. Без доплащане. Страхотно ме впечатли и мерките за сигурност при банковите операции. Yes, the owners were excellent. When we arrived in Venice, we were informed that the studio we had booked was flooded so they very kindly offered to put us up in an apartment that I am assuming was more expensive than what we paid for the studio, at no extra charge. This gesture was very impressive.

le chauffage central ne fonctionnait pas .Malgré le groupe climatiseur mis en route , il ne faisait chaud que dans la chambre ; la cuisine était glaciale . 2 ampoules du plafonnier de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas . La television et le lecteur dvd ne fonctionnaient pas . L' appartement est calme , bien décoré et bien aménagé et pour le beau temps , il y a une belle terrasse .

Aucune déception pour cet appartement spacieux (nous avons bénéficié d'un autre appartement que celui réservé initialement car en travaux au moment de notre séjour). Très bien équipé, lit très confortable, propre et sobre. Idéalement situé dans Venise : 5 min du Rialto et 10 min de la Place St Marc à pied. Je le conseille vivement!

This a lovely apartment and quite spacious, we are a family of 5 with 3 'big' teenage boys and it was certainly big enough for our needs, the two bathrooms being a real plus. The location is lovely and quiet and away from the main tourist area of Piazza San Marco, being around a 15 minute walk at a leisurely pace. However it is just a short walk from the Arsenale water bus stop which is useful when wheeling luggage; both the airport water bus (Alilaguna)and Vaporetto (ACTV) transit stops are here. For self caterers, the apartment is well provided for with a good sized refrigerator and freezer, full hob and oven, and a dishwasher. No washing machine though which may be a problem for longer stays. All cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are also provided. A small local shop was very convenient and although not immediately apparent, has a good range of fresh provisions and some nice wine! It was perfect for us and would recommend to couples, small adult groups or families with any age children.

Unser Aufenthalt dort war sehr positiv und komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in wenigen Geh-Minuten mitten im Zentrum, genießt aber trotzdem die Ruhe einer typisch venezianischen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und perfekt für drei Paare geeignet. Sie ist zweckmäßig und sehr gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert.

The kitchen was well stocked and cozy. The apartment was big, warm and comfortable. The decor and linen was slightly shabby but that didn't worry us. Some people might not have liked it though.

The location of the apartment is great, close to the main attractions of Venice and small stores. The apartment is beautiful, 3 good bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Nice views and quiet area.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good this apartment was for the money that we paid. The location was perfect for us - close enough to the centre that you could have a leisurely 20 minute stroll along the waterfront, passing colourful stalls, shops and restaurants, to St Mark's Square. The best thing about the location of the apartment is that there are plenty of places to eat in the road outside the apartment that are cheaper than the restaurants near St. Mark's Square which unsurprisingly are quite expensive. We would spend the day in the centre and the evenings near the apartment in a restaurant or bar. The apartment itself is a really good size and very well equipped. There are two bathrooms, the downstairs one having the best shower and the one upstairs having a bath and more basic shower. We found, by experience, that it is better to only have one shower running at the same time as, with all old buildings, the water pressure does take it's toll! As with all of Venice, the building is very old but, once inside, the apartment is modern, light and airy and has all that you could need for a base for your holiday. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift so anybody with mobility problems may find this a problem but we did not find it to be an issue. There is satellite television in the lounge and a television in both bedrooms. Although we did not find a single English channel, we did find some good music channels that kept us happy. Although we did not use it, there was a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom/utility room. The area around the apartment feels safe and it is worth having a stroll around the immediate area. There is a supermarket and a baker and butcher nearby. Overall, we would recommend this apartment and would be happy to use it again if and when we go back to Venice. All communication with the owner of the apartment was good too.

The location of the apartment is excellent. I can overlook the canals where the gondoliers would pass by form my room. The apartment was clean and very spacious, and Francesca (the apartment owner whom I met with during check-in) was very friendly and helpful. She gave directions and useful information for my stay.

Вече една седмица живея с впечатленията ни от Венеция!Не ми остана време да ви благодаря за прекрасния ни престой в този романтичен апартамент!Тези стари греди по тавана внасят много уют и съпричастност към живота в стара Венеция!Мястото е много удобно за връзка с транспорта и лесно-след като се намери! Но нашият домакин Кристиян бе така добър да ни посрещне и заведе лично! Кристиян е много отзивчив и е оборудвал кухнята с всичко необходимо за готвене! Само отивате до близкия супер за продукти! Бяхме 7 дни и след като си купихме карти за транспорта, нямахме никакъв проблем с разходките из Венеция и островите!

We seemed to spend a lot of time lost, which was part of the fun. However, a map of where the apartment is in relation to eg. the Rialto Bridge would be helpful for your next tenants.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just a few steps away from the boat stop, in a tranquil residential area but only 'three bridges' away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The layout of the apartment was ideal for a group of friends. The decor was bright and modern and the entire apartment clean and pristine. The photographs on the website did not lie.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig in dem bei Ihnen gebuchten Appartement als sehr angenehm und gelungen erlebt. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, es war ausreichend möbiliert, Geschirr entsprechend vorhanden und die von uns gewählte Lage des Appartements war optimal - sowohl in der Anbindung an den Flughafen, an die Vaporetti zur Stadt als auch für Fusswege in unterschiedliche Stadtteile.
