the localization of the flat is perfect to visit venise, very close to san Marco with bakery and grocery near the flat (convenient for ccoking with kids)

The apartment was clean and had a comfortable sized living room and main bedroom. With two children it was great to have two toilets and two separate bedrooms.

Excellent location. Generally very well equipped - fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. Also very well provisioned - everything you could want, down to the oil and balsamic vinegar! Comfortable bed. Heating very effective, important in December!

The mattress was very comfortable. The apt was in a very quiet location with strange and wonderful wooden carvings in the courtyard.

Todo ,lo referente a mi alojamiento en Venecia, fue muy de mi agrado. El departamento en optimas condiciones y su ubicaciòn exelente.

De ligging van het appartement was goed. Leuke wijk en alles goed bereikbaar.

Апартаменты находятся в самом центре Венеции в старинном живописнейшем дворике, что ни могло не радовать. Апартаменты чистенькие и для двух человек достаточно просторные.

Apartment was great, suited our requirements for two nights. Location of apartment wes excellant,fantastic canal views from four of the rooms.Very good restaurants close by. Near a good supermarket,easy to get to.

The location was perfect. Owner was very nice and flexible. We came 5 people instead of 4 and he arranged an extra bed without extra costs.

Spaceful appartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Venice. Full support from owner. Good kitchen and two nice bedrooms. Sunny garden in the morning, small but nice and tastefull. Good place to stay in a city.

Nos encantó. La situación de la casa era perfecta ya que estábamos en una zona tranquila de Venecia con jardín y en 10 minutos estabas en medio del bullicio y las idas y venidas de los turistas (ruido incluido)... Esta estancia nos permitió estar tranquilos y disfrutar cuando queríamos de un poco de animación. Además que fué un lujo tener un espacio de jardín donde descansar después de jornadas enteras caminando entre canales... También es remarcable que la casa esté a 10 metros de una parada de vaporeto !!!!!

We really loved the location beside the Rialto. The area was very lively but yet quiet at night. There is a lot to see in the area and it is beside the vaporetto stop in Rialto which enables you to visit all the sights. There is a very good supermarket in Canareggio, a very interesting area with lots of restaurants both local and tourist. If you enjoy walking, there are lots of quiet canals and areas in which you can sit.

The appartment was great and exellent. Near the vaporetto. The service staff was 100% kind and helpfull 10/10

i liked the location of the apartment..it was quite near to san marco square and everything was within reach..there were no lifts available but having taken into consideration that the apartment was probably more than 100 years old then this is just a minor setback. apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
