Whether you need holiday apartments or business apartments, we have vacation rentals to suit all. ApartmentsApart was founded in this city.
We began as Old Town apartments, in Warsaw, Poland in the late 90's. We started with just two of our own Warsaw Apartments and since then we have not looked back. Today we are known mainly as ApartmentsApart and have offices in London, Brussels, Madrid, Barcelona, Rome, Prague, Berlin, Paris, Warsaw and Krakow. Our head office still sits proudly in Warsaw today, employing many nationalities, serving our IT infrastructure, customer service and housing senior management.
Where might you want to stay? Our apartments in Warsaw are located in and around the Old Town Square and the New Town Square. These apartments are most suitable for tourists. On the banks of Vistula River, dotted with modern and traditional restaurants as well as typical Polish bars, the old town is the #1 must see in Warsaw. Some of our customer's return time after time to absorb the charm of the old cobbled streets. There is no traffic allowed but in general taxis stop within 100 meters or so of your apartment.
We also have a building suited to businesspeople and well heeled tourists called the Royal Route Residence on Nowy Swiat, Warsaw's main shopping and coffee street. The building is also adjacent to Foksal Street (where you can find some of Warsaw's trendiest bars), located close to the business district, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. The apartments boast modern spacious interiors. We have customer feedback on this website but do not take our word for it. Апартаменты расположены в Старом городе. Многочисленные туристы стремились попасть туда на экскурсии. А мы там жили! Апартаменты очень понравились - уютные и удобные, была приятная неожиданность - первый этаж в описании оказался вторым в жизни (дело в различии американской и европейской системы счета). Если будем еще раз в Варшаве, с удовольствием остановимся там же.

Очень просторные апартаменты,есть все необходимое, оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, утюг, посуда, бытовая техника, кондиционер, телевизор. Чисто, всегда на связи и готовый помочь персонал и сотрудники Апартаментов, оперативное заселение. Кровати удобные, постель чистая, мягкая. Не скрипит. WI-FI работал отлично. Полотенца чистые, хотя и не новые. Спасибо, наше пребывание в Варшаве было приятным.

Piwna Gold was fantastic. Perfect location to everything, just a block walk to the Rynek. Shower was great, full size and string enough water pressure. No trying to squeeze into the usual tiny shower cubicles. Sylvester (at check in) was awesome!! Helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. Our bags didn't arrive on the airplane with us :-( and Sylvester went out of his way to try to track them down for us. Thanks Sylvester!! I would recommend highly this apartment for numerous reasons.

Quartier bestens, nur die Betten müßten etwas breiter sein! Vorschlag zur weiteren Verbessrung: Stadtplan mit Angabe der dazugehörigen,alphabetisch geordneten Straßennamen sowie ein Liniennetzplan der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel-diese waren sehr gut, auch kostengünstig. Wir werden bestimmt Ihren guten Service in einer anderen Stadt noch mal nutzen. Vielen Dank!

The apartment was situated in a beautiful,quiet square in the old town area. We were within easy reach of small supermarkets and found no difficulties at all. The apartment contained everything we needed,tastefully furnished and we recommend it as very suitable for a short .break

As a family of six we were really pleased with the old town apartment . We travelled at Easter time and were surprised at how low the temperatures could drop in warsaw at that time of year but it was great to come home each evening to a really toasty apartment . The beds were really comfy and especially clean. The toilet was in a separate room to the shower room which was very useful when showering six people. The views from the apartment window were just beautiful and the apartment was really bright. I would really recommend this apartment to everyone as its location alone was just brilliant. Even though we were so close to the centre it was surprisingly quiet at night. A great stay was had by all

Zapiecek was a basic but comfortable apartment just off the old square. Convenient for main tourist attractions, local restaurants and bars. Very quiet but then we were there in low season.

I stayed with Apartmentapart several times. Everything was great! I really like it. All apartments are new, everything is clean. I like the fact that the kitchen has everything what you need, and also glad that there are tea/cofee, sugar, salt. The bathrooms have soap and washing machine which you can used if necessary. Very good location - Stare Miasto - good transport interchange for those who do not want or can not take a taxi, you can get there by bus from the airport or railway station. And also it was very pleased to have their service - a small wireless transmitter Wi-Fi, it cost near 3 euro per day, but you always have with you Wi-Fi and you can have the Internet no matter where you are in the coffee sho or in the car or just walking around town... When I come to Warsaw next time - I'll stay just with Apartmentsapart! And I will recommend it to all my friends! Я пользовалась услугами Apartmentsapart несколько раз. Все супер! Мне все очень нравится. Апартаменты новые, все чистое. Очень нравится то, что на кухне есть все необходимое, а так же радует что есть чай/кофе, сахар, соль, по приезду можно выпить чай или кофе, а не бежать сразу в магазин. В ванной комнате есть мыло и стиральная машина которой можно пользоваться при необходимости. Очень удобное расположение - Stare Miasto (старый город)- хорошая транспортная развязка для тех кто не хочет или не может взять такси, он может доехать до апартамента на автобусе с аэропорта и с ж/д вокзала. А еще очень порадовала их услуга - маленький беспроводной передатчик Wi-Fi, стоит копейки, но у вас всегда при себе есть Wi-Fi и вы можете иметь интернет где бы вы не были: магазины, кафе, в машине или просто гуляя по городу... Когда я приеду в Варшаву в следующий раз - я буду останавлиться только с Apartmentsapart. И буду советовать его всем своим друзьям!

The appartament was small, but very clean and with everything we needed. The double bed was comfortable and bedding white and fresh, nice in touch. The bathroom was spotless! Water hot , the towels perfectly white. We slept very well as was quiet outside, no noise from the street. The staff working in reception was very professional and friendly, with good english. We havent had any problems with find the office after visiting RRR website. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants and bars.We enjoyed our stay very much! Highly recommended :-)

There were any special that we liked or disliked. We needed just a place to sleep and we did get a comfortable place for a reasonable price. I suppose some guests would appreciate music center, TV, stove, flat iron etc but we didn't use it so we actually don't have any specific opinions. We liked the stay in general.

The location of the apartment is excellent. The old town and city centre of Warsaw are both very close. The apartment is well equipped and there is enough space even for four people. Check-in and other services are customer friendly and fast.

The location of the apartment was excellent, and very accessible by public transport. It was lovely and warm, despite the low temperatures outside. The cooking facilities were more than adequate for our needs, with washing up liquid and teatowel provided.
